The Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) is committed to advancing high-quality, accessible, comprehensive primary health care across the state. Through its network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and FQHC Look-Alikes—commonly known as Community Health Centers (CHCs)—OACHC works to enhance health outcomes, expand access to care, and support health centers in delivering patient-centered services. By championing Ohio’s CHCs as the Leader, Employer, Provider, and Partner of Choice, OACHC ignites innovation and the future of healthcare.
“OACHC is proud to champion Ohio’s Community Health Centers as leaders, employers, providers, and partners of choice—putting patients and communities first across Ohio.”

About Ohio Community Health Centers:
As the largest primary care network in the state, Ohio’s 61 Community Health Centers (CHCs) provide care to more than one million Ohioans across more than 600 sites throughout 76 of the 88 counties. Community Health Centers are non-profit health care providers with patient-majority boards that meet the specific needs of the community they serve. For over 60 years, CHCs have provided integrated whole-person care, often providing medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, vision, and other needed supplemental services under one roof, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
