Nasson Health Care is located in Springvale, Maine, within the State's southernmost county of York. We provide integrated medical, dental and behavioral health care, as well as care management and enabling services. We are accepting new patients. All forms of insurance are welcome, and we are happy to explore payment options for those without insurance. We also have Health Insurance Navigators on staff, who are available to answer your questions about the Affordable Care Act, and assist you with enrollment in a health insurance plan that best meets your needs and fits your budget.
Nasson Health Care is a nationally-recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, meaning that, as a patient, you will work with your primary care team to assure your complete health needs are addressed. If you struggle to manage a chronic disease, we offer behavioral health services that are fully-integrated with primary care, and designed to help you meet your personal health goals.
As a primary care patient, you also have access to our dental program, which offers a range of oral health care services, including exams and evaluations, consultations, dental X-rays, cleanings, fluoride applications, restorative procedures, dental trauma management, referrals, and urgent/emergency dental care.
